Medicine balls can be used for a wide range of exercises from slow and controlled moves all the way up to very fast-moving, ultra-dynamic ones. They can be held onto, tossed, and bounced against nearly any surface, like rubber or hardwood floors, grass or artificial turf, or even concrete.

Warranty
Xpeed medicine balls have a warranty period of 90 days for both commercial or domestic use.
In order to increase the longevity of this item, we strongly recommend using this product on artificial turf, rubber floor tiles, carpet, or interlocking floor mats.
Avoid using this item directly on concrete or any rough surface.
Xpeed Medicine Balls are not designed to be slammed in the same way as Xpeed Slam Balls as they may split which will void the warranty.
Please Note:
- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
- It may take up to 3 business days once ordered to be despatched from the warehouse and a tracking number to be allocated to the order. This may be longer during peak sale periods.
- Depending on your location, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery once despatched from the warehouse.
- We are unable to send this item outside of Australia.
- We are unable to send this product to a PO Box, Locked Bag or Parcel Locker.
